I always liked robotic sculptures, especially when they are made to look like real robots. Andrea Petrachi who is also known by his nickname Himatic is artist from Lecce, Italia and he is pretty known by his work on creating robotic sculptures from recycled materials. He uses old parts of electronics and home devices such as phones, cameras and similar things to create little robotic sculptures.
