Star Wars and steampunk could have their similarities. I believe if Jules Verne was writing the Star Wars screenplay, he would made it all of steampunk, wherever that would be possible. It seems that there are already some steampunk fans who have had this kind of idea spinning in their heads and here we have an final product of such activities made by B Campbell Studio, it is a steampunk Darth Wader helmet.

I guess Darth Wader wouldn't complain much if he was wearing this helmet instead of the plastic one although this might be a little heavier so his neck muscles would probably be a slightly thicker and stronger.
